Penghapusan Data Pengguna Mavericks

Halaman ini menjelaskan cara meminta penghapusan data Anda dari Mavericks (Manifest Verification & Identity Checking System by ferizy), layanan PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), termasuk data yang kami terima saat Anda masuk dengan Facebook atau Google. Hak ini dijamin Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

Data yang dihapus

Data akun: nama, alamat email, dan ID akun dari Facebook, Google, SSO ASDP, atau akun Ferizy/ETIS, beserta akun lain yang tersambung ke akun Anda.
Data registrasi: biodata, jenis dan nomor identitas, serta foto dokumen identitas.
Data biometrik wajah: foto wajah dan templat wajah yang dipakai untuk pencocokan.

Cara meminta penghapusan

Kirim email ke alamat di bagian Kontak dengan judul "Permintaan Penghapusan Data Mavericks", sebaiknya dari alamat email akun Mavericks Anda.
Sebutkan alamat email akun Anda dan cara Anda masuk (Facebook, Google, SSO ASDP, atau Ferizy/ETIS).
Kami memverifikasi bahwa permintaan berasal dari pemilik akun. Bila perlu, kami meminta konfirmasi tambahan lewat email yang sama.
Setelah terverifikasi, kami menghapus data di atas dan mengirim konfirmasi ke email Anda.

Mencabut akses Login Facebook

Untuk menghentikan Mavericks menerima data dari akun Facebook Anda, buka Facebook › Pengaturan & Privasi › Pengaturan › Aplikasi dan Situs Web, lalu hapus Mavericks. Pemilik registrasi juga bisa memutus akun yang tersambung di Mavericks lewat Profil › Akun tersambung › Putuskan.

Mencabut akses tidak menghapus data yang sudah kami terima. Untuk menghapusnya, kirim permintaan seperti di atas.

Yang tetap disimpan

Data yang wajib disimpan menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, selama masa yang diwajibkan.
Riwayat verifikasi (waktu dan hasil) dengan nama tersamar, tanpa data wajah dan identitas.
Catatan teknis permintaan ke server, yang terhapus otomatis paling lama 30 hari.

Mavericks User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Mavericks (Manifest Verification & Identity Checking System by ferizy), a service of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), including data we receive when you log in with Facebook or Google. This right is guaranteed by Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data that is deleted

Account data: name, email address, and account ID from Facebook, Google, SSO ASDP, or a Ferizy/ETIS account, together with other accounts linked to yours.
Registration data: personal details, ID type and number, and ID document photos.
Face biometric data: face photos and the face template used for matching.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address under Contact with the subject "Mavericks Data Deletion Request", preferably from the email address of your Mavericks account.
State your account email address and how you log in (Facebook, Google, SSO ASDP, or Ferizy/ETIS).
We verify that the request comes from the account owner. If needed, we ask for extra confirmation through the same email.
Once verified, we delete the data above and send a confirmation to your email.

Removing Facebook Login access

To stop Mavericks from receiving data from your Facebook account, open Facebook › Settings & Privacy › Settings › Apps and Websites, and remove Mavericks. The registration owner can also unlink linked accounts in Mavericks under Profile › Linked accounts › Unlink.

Removing access does not delete data we have already received. To delete it, send a request as described above.

What we keep

Data we must keep by law, for the period the law requires.
Verification history (time and result) with the name masked, without face or identity data.
Technical request records, deleted automatically after at most 30 days.
